Pair arrested after drive-by shooting charged with attempted murder

NASSAU- Two men have been charged with attempted murder in connection with a drive-by shooting that happened last month.

The incident occurred around 6pm at Key West and Spencer Streets on December 27. The occupants of a dark coloured car opened fire on a group of men and injured Ricardo Nabbie and Ravato Smith.

Police arrested Terrance Hutchinson, 31, of Washington Street, and Delvin Hall, 22, of Cowpen Road, after chase that ended on Lincoln Boulevard.

The officers allegedly recovered a 9mm pistol.

Hutchinson and Hall were not required to enter pleas to the attempted murder charge when they appeared before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt.

They were denied bail. The men return to court on April 8.
