Suspect charged in repast shooting

NASSAU- Police have charged a 24-year-old man with attempted murder in a December 19 shooting.

They allege Jason Joseph, of Faith Gardens, shot Adriann Bethel at a funeral repast held at a home in Cockburn Street in Fox Hill.

She was shot in the shoulder.

Joseph, the alleged shooter, was not required to enter a plea to the charge.

He has been remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections and is due to return to court in April.
