NASSAU- Police are trying to figure out who killed a 37-year-old man Saturday afternoon and why.
The fatal shooting happened in front of a home on East Street around 1pm.
According to police, the victim was sitting on a porch when a lone gunman shot him multiple times before running away from the scene.
The resident of Miami Street died at the scene.
