NASSAU- A man is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend in Crown Haven, Abaco on Boxing Day.
Barry Swain Jr, of Murphy Town, is charged with manslaughter in the strangling death of Angelita Pritchard, whom he once referred to as “the love of my life.”
The 35-year-old mother-of-seven was found dead in her bedroom around noon. Police arrested Swain a short time later in Murphy Town.
Swain was flown into New Providence on Sunday.
Swain, 27, was not required to enter a plea to the manslaughter charge when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Derence Rolle-Davis on January 4.
He was denied bail and returns to court on March 3. Christina Galanos represents him.
