NASSAU – A man who was recently acquitted of murder is the main suspect in last week’s slaying of Indian accountant Biswajit Pati.
He was ambushed and shot multiple times after he arrived at his home in Tuckaway, off Village Road, last Thursday. Pati died in hospital the following day.
The murder suspect, who is in his 20s, surrendered to CID with his lawyer. He is currently on bail for gun possession.
