FREEPORT- A man and a woman are behind bars after authorities say they raped a woman at a Freeport business last month.
Marquell Sands and Demetri Rhodriquez are accused of raping the woman on August 27.
The sexual assault allegedly took place at 1am at a business on the Mall Drive.
They were not required to enter a plea to the charge at their initial court appearance and were denied bail.
They are next due in court on November 7.
