NASSAU- A 23-year-old man is in prison on a murder charge after a stabbing Friday night.
Franco Ferguson is charged with the murder of Charles Armbrister on September 11.
Police responded to a stabbing at a home on Raymond Road after midnight and arrested Ferguson at the scene.
He reportedly went to visit the mother of his children when an argument with Armbrister turned deadly.
Ferguson was denied bail on murder charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kara Turnquest-Deveaux. He did not have to enter a plea.
Prosecutors plan to fast-track the case to the Supreme Court by a voluntary bill of indictment on December 7.
