NASSAU- A 29-year-old man has been accused of the ambush shooting of two men on his street.
Prosecutors say Dominic Moss, 28, of Commonwealth Boulevard, Elizabeth Estates, took part in the shooting of Ryan Taylor and Travis Curry outside a home on the evening of November 17.
CCTV footage of the incident was widely circulated on social media.
Taylor died on the way to hospital.
Moss was not required to plead to charges of murder and attempted murder when he appeared before Magistrate Derence Rolle-Davis.
