Nassau, BAHAMAS- Police believe that a 16-year-old girl was the hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a pedestrian last month.
The woman was walking along Wulff Road around 12:20am on July 31 when the driver of a Honda Accord hit her and kept going. The victim died at the scene.
Acting on intelligence, police arrested the teen and her 27-year-old sister at Rupert Dean Lane.
They also found the car used in the deadly crash stashed in bushes on the same street.
