NASSAU – A man, who was on bail for murder, was killed over the weekend.
Keishon Bethel, otherwise called Shonnie”, was shot at a bar on Nassau Street Saturday. He died as a result of gunshot injuries in hospital on Sunday, June 19.
Bethel, of Black Village, was on bail awaiting trial for the January 5, 2020 shooting murder of Lynden Humes.
Prosecutors alleged that Bethel opened fire on Humes’s car as he drove along John Road on January 5, 2020.
After being shot, Humes continued driving, and he eventually crashed into a tree and died.
