NASSAU- A marine accused of shooting a man during an argument has been charged with attempted murder.
Prosecutors say Marine Seaman Korey Stubbs, 21, tried to kill Rishawn Russell on June 24.
Stubbs is also charged with possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger Russell’s life.
Stubbs was not required to enter a plea to the charges when he appeared before Magistrate Samuel McKinney.
He was denied bail and returns to court on July 27.
