NASSAU- A man arrested for public nudity has decided to spend 14 days in prison instead of paying a $100 fine.
Police arrested 32-year-old Lubin Pierre at Arawak Cay on December 29, 2022 after getting complaints about a naked man on the beach.
Pierre told the officers that he had stripped off because he wanted to bathe in the sea.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent exposure when he appeared before Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr this week.
