Man faces court for cutting hair

NASSAU- A man faces assault charges after he allegedly cut a woman’s weave without her permission.

Prosecutors say Keith Jennings, 36, of Garden Hills, used scissors to ruin the woman’s hair piece on December 27.

He’s also accused of threatening to harm her.

The incident allegedly happened at Jennings’ home.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of assault with a dangerous instrument, causing damage and threats of harm.

Jennings was freed on $5,000 bail and returns to court in February for his trial.
