NASSAU- A 36-year-old man with two pending child sex crime cases was on Thursday accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl while she played on a park.
Zendel Stubbs is charged with unlawful sexual intercourse and indecent assault in relation to the most recent allegation against him.
Prosecutors allege that Stubbs sexually assaulted the child on a park in Eastern Estates on April 6.
Stubbs didn’t have to enter pleas to the charges when he appeared before Assistant Chief Magistrate Subusola Swain.
He was denied bail and returns to court on June 15.
At the time of the offense, Stubbs was on bail in relation to the sexual assaults of two girls, ages 12 and 15, in 2021.
