NASSAU- A 25-year-old man has been charged in the fatal shooting shooting of another man at Arawak Cay.
Alexander Roberts is charged with the July 11 murder of Marvin Rolle and is being held with without bail.
While armed with a 9mm pistol, Roberts, 25, allegedly opened fire killing Rolle and endangering the lives of others.
Roberts, of Podoleo Street, is also accused in damaging the the glass window of a Toyota Passo that belongs to Priscilla Rollins.
He did not have a lawyer when he made his initial court appearance before Chief Magistrate Joyann Fergsuon-Pratt.
He returns to court on December 7.
