Nassau, BAHAMAS – A man accused of raping and fondling a five-year-old boy has been freed on $9,500 bail.
Prosecutors allege Lashorn Brown, 19, inappropriately touched the child’s genitals on two occasions in July 2023.
And he’s accused of having sex with the child in August 2023.
Brown is charged with indecent assault and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor of the same sex.
As a condition of his bail, Brown cannot come within 100 feet of his alleged victim.
He’s also required to sign in the Harbour Island Police Station on Fridays before 6pm.
