NASSAU- A 50-year-father accused of sexually molesting his daughter has been denied bail.
Prosecutors allege that the resident of New Providence molested his 11-year-old child on March 12.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the minor, was not required to enter a plea to the incest charge when he appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes on March 30.
Prosecutors intend to fast-track the case against the man to the Supreme Court in June.
