NASSAU- A father-of-five is facing child porn charges after he allegedly took photographs of his 12-year-old daughter as he made her masturbate at gunpoint.
The 43-year-old man, who cannot be named, pleaded not guilty to charges of cruelty to children, assault with a deadly weapon, production of child pornography and possession of child pornography at his arraignment before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt on May 2.
Prosecutors allege the man put a gun to the child’s head and forced her to perform the perverted acts at his home in April 6, 2022. The child was removed from the home after authorities learned of the disturbing allegations.
The accused pervert was granted $7,500 on the condition that he wears an electronic monitoring bracelet, signs in at the Quakoo Street Police Station on Thursdays and has no contact with his daughter.
