NASSAU – A newborn baby was found abandoned at a construction site Saturday morning.
The baby boy was found at the Church of the Nazarene off East Street after 11am.
Workers at the site found the infant wrapped in a blanket and its umbilical cord was still attached.
It’s unclear how long the baby was at the site before he was found.
The baby is receiving medical attention at hospital.
