NASSAU- The man arrested on suspicion of the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Ishmael Forbes was on bail for another murder when police say he committed the crime.
Forbes was outside his home at Lawson Street in Nassau Village around 1pm on January 6 when two men exited a car and shot him multiple times.
Forbes was rushed to hospital, where he died.
Police arrested the 30-year-old murder suspect, who is wearing an electronic monitoring device, in Nassau Village.
Forbes was also on bail for murder and armed robbery at the time of his death.
Prosecutors had accused him of the March 17, 2019 shooting death of Xiang Song and the $200-armed robbery of Ziming Ruan.
