NASSAU- A man is in stable condition after a shooting police say was sparked by a fight Monday afternoon.
Police say two men got into a fight at a party on Florida Court, off Robinson Road, when a 32-year-old pulled a gun.
But, he was allegedly shot in the upper body with his own gun while he and another man struggled for the weapon.
The man was taken to the hospital by private car and he remains hospitalized.
Meanwhile, a 23-year-old man was also grazed by a bullet; however, he refused medical treatment.
Investigations are continuing.
