FREEPORT- A teen is in stable condition at the Rand Memorial Hospital after an apparent suicide attempt.
The 17-year-old’s mother called police to their home in South Bahamia around noon Saturday after she found him hanging from the ceiling fan in his bedroom.
Police said the teen was unresponsive when taken down.
However, he is now in serious but stable condition at hospital, according to police.
