NASSAU- A man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly indecently assaulted a five-year-old girl this month.
Rahame Gardiner, 19, denied the accusation at his arraignment before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes.
Gardiner was granted $5,000 bail on the condition that he reports to the Elizabeth Estates Police Station on Fridays before 6pm.
The magistrate warned Gardiner that his bail would be revoked if he had any contact with his alleged victim.
Gardiner will return to court on June 24 for the start of his trial.
