NASSAU- A businessman has been accused of indecent assault.
Prosecutors say Kevin Surujlal, owner of the Shipwreck, touched a 27-year-old woman’s breasts without her permission.
Surujlal, of Paradise Island, denied the charge at his arraignment today.
He was granted $7,000 bail. He will return to court in June for his trial.
Surujlal, of Paradise Island, is a member of the national development secretariat.
