NASSAU- A gunman cut off a motorist and fatally shot him Tuesday night.
Police said the victim was headed east along Sugar Apple Street in Pinewood Gardens around 9pm when another car pulled across his Honda Accord.
A man got out the car and fired into the Honda Accord.
The wounded man lost control of his car and crashed into a wall.
He died on the scene.
