Boss denies groping worker

NASSAU- A man accused of groping a female worker has been granted bail.

Hiram Kelly, 56, denied a charge of indecent assault in connection with the November 26 incident at his restaurant.

Kelly also denied assaulting the woman’s uncle, who confronted him about the alleged incident.

As a condition of his $2,500 bail, Kelly is banned from contacting the complainants. His trial is set for March 9, 2021.
