NASSAU- A woman was hospitalised Saunday after attempting suicide by overdose.
Officers responded to a call at a home in Palm Cay around 6pm. When the officers arrived, they were directed to a bedroom where they met the woman in “an inebriated state.”
A suicide note and an empty bottle of medication were nearby.
