Nassau, BAHAMAS- A 42-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the abduction and rape of a nine-year-old girl in New Providence on Saturday.
The child was abducted by a man in a white car while she played in front of her home.
The man took her to an unfamiliar location and sexually assaulted her. Her abductor then let her go and she was found near Spikenard Road.
Acting on intelligence, police officers arrested the suspect at his home in Summerset Estates on Sunday night.
