NASSAU – Two men were killed in unrelated incidents on Thursday.
In the first incident, Christopher Humes Jr was fatally shot after leaving a barbershop through Peardale around 4pm. A woman who was with him also sustained gunshot injuries. She’s recovering in hospital.
The other murder happened at First Street, Coconut Grove.
Police said a man and a woman were at a residence in the area when the occupants of a light-colored car opened fire on them around 9pm.
Both gunshot victims were taken to hospital by private car.
The man died in hospital. Meanwhile, the woman is in serious but stable condition.
