ABACO-A tug boat sank off Sandy Point, Abaco on Sunday, and one crew member died and three were rescued.
The 65-foot vessel was headed to Cooper’s Town, Abaco from New Providence.
It experienced mechanical problems in the area of Hole in the Wall around 4am on December 5.
The captain made a distress call and the four crew members abandoned the boat as it went down.
The U.S. Coast Guard and BASRA assisted in the rescue and recovery.
The cause of the sinking is under investigation.
