NASSAU- A man on bail for murder and attempted murder is back in jail on new charges.
Ahmad Clarke, 22, of Acklins Street, was wearing an ankle bracelet when prosecutors say he killed Renaldo Nixon and attempted to murder Antonisha Adderley in a November 24 shooting at Hepburn Alley.
Three gunmen emerged from a Nissan Note around 6pm and opened fire on Nixon. Adderley, a passerby, was hit in the leg by a stray bullet.
At the time of the incident, Clarke was on bail the 2018 shooting murder of Christian Moore and the attempted murders of Romeo Moss and Tarsman Clarke.
Clarke didn’t have to enter pleas to the recent charges of murder and attempted murder at his initial court appearance and was denied bail.
