Nassau, BAHAMAS- A 35-year-old man is accused of indecently assaulting a pre-teen girl.
Prosecutors say Jacobi Dawkins, of Ida Court, inappropriately touched the 12-year-old girl at her home on January 12.
Dawkins, who is a friend of the child’s mother, denied the indecent assault charge at his arraignment before Magistrate Shaka Serville on January 19.
He was granted $3,500 bail and returns to court in April for his trial
