NASSAU- A man has been charged with possession with intent to supply after police allegedly found 10 pounds of marijuana at his home.
Patrick Knowles, 58, denied the charge at his arraignment on Friday.
Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes set a trial for December 1.
Officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Knowles at Hepburn Alley around 8pm on August 5.
Knowles has to apply for bail in the Supreme Court because magistrates don’t have the authority to consider bail for the offense.
Ian Cargill represents Knowles.
