NASSAU- A man destroyed his ex-girlfriend’s TV after he shoved her during a row.
D’Quille Edgecombe pleaded guilty to damage and assault when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
The court heard how Edgecombe went to the woman’s home on October 14 and they got into an argument.
He pushed her before dropping her Vizio TV, valued at $515.41, on the ground.
Edgecombe told Magistrate Ambrose Armbrister that he was sorry for what he’d done.
He said he wanted to pay his ex for the TV and move on with his life.
The magistrate placed Edgecombe on probation for four months in addition to making an order for compensation.
If Edgecombe violates his probation, he’ll have to pay a $150 fine to avoid a three-week prison sentence.
