NASSAU – A man is accused of touching two young girls in a sexual way.
David Lightbourne, 22, of Abundant Life Road, faces two counts of indecent assault.
Prosecutors allege that on November 26 he touched the girls, ages 10 and 13, inappropriately.
Lightbourne pleaded not guilty at his arraignment before Senior Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
He was granted $7,000 bail and returns to court for his trial on February 22.
