Nassau, BAHAMAS – A man has been granted $9,500 bail after being accused of having sex with a teen boy and possessing pornographic images of him.
Police arrested Mario McPhee Jr, 24, on August 4 after they allegedly caught him having sex with a 14-year-old boy in his car that was parked in front of a funeral home in Palmdale.
While under arrest, police allegedly recovered pornographic images of the child in his phone.
As a condition of bail, McPhee has to sign in at the Fox Hill Police Station and have no contact with his alleged victim.
