NASSAU- Prosecutors allegedly have video of a man raping a teenage girl.
Mark Nathaniel Strachan, 18, of Honey Cooper Lane, is accused of the statutory rape of the 14-year-old girl that allegedly took place from January 1 through April 30.
Strachan faced charges of unlawful sexual intercourse and child pornography at his initial court appearance before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes on Monday, September 7.
Strachan has been denied bail and returns to court on November 2.
