NASSAU- The man accused of shooting and killing Carlyle Johnson made his first court appearance today.
Anthony Enelus, 22, of Palm Beach Court, appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes charged with murder and possession of a firearm with intent to put another in fear.
Police say Enelus put Alvin Morley in fear of his life when he gunned down Johnson at Montell Heights on January 5.
He was denied bail and returns to court on February 12.
