NASSAU- A homeless man has been charged with indecent exposure after he was allegedly caught masturbating in public.
Prosecutors say Henry Saunders, 55, indecently exposed himself to the annoyance of two male officers working the beat on Carmichael Road on May 15.
He was also charged with vagrancy.
Saunders pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted $500 bail. His trial is set for June 14.
