NASSAU- A man who worked at a Holiday Inn hotel has been accused of stealing cash from a guest’s room.
Weonsik Sung reported that $1,886 was stolen from his room on January 9.
Investigations led to 24-year-old T’ray Teron Forbes, who had previously worked at the hotel on Nassau and West Bay Streets.
Prosecutors say Forbes still had a key that hadn’t been deactivated to access Sung’s room.
Forbes denied charges of unlawful entry, stealing and receiving at his arraignment before Magistrate Shaka Serville.
His bail was set at $7,000 and he was ordered to wear an ankle monitor.
Forbes’s trial is set for July.
