Double murder suspect on bail accused of another shooting

A man charged with a double murder in June is back in custody after he was accused of a shooting.

Kyas Duncombe, 22, surrendered to police in Bimini on September 19 shortly after a shooting at Bimini Bay.

Police allege that Duncombe fired into a car endangering the lives of Kareem Chea, Carlos Saunders and Kimani Dottin.

He denied charges of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life at his arraignment before Deputy Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes and was refused bail.

On June 11, the former fugitive was denied bail after he was charged with the 2017 murders of Joseph Bain and Stephon Lafrance.

Prosecutors say that Duncombe and two others shot the men outside Game Time Bar in Freeport on February 1, 2017.
