NASSAU- A 34-year-old man is behind bars after prosecutors say he sexually assaulted a child.
Prosecutors say Nicodo Johnson, of Warren Street, made a nine-year-old girl perform a sex act on him while he watched porn.
Johnson was not required to enter a plea to the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Kara Turnquest-Deveaux.
He next returns to court on March 29.
