NASSAU- A murder suspect is back in jail for allegedly violating the terms of his bail.
Lethario Davis, who is charged with the 2015 murder of Alfred Delancy, is accused of breaching his curfew by failing to remain at his Kemp Road home between the hours of 8pm to 6am.
The alleged breaches occurred between August 3 and 23.
Davis denied violating the conditions of his bail at his arraignment.
However, Magistrate Kendra Kelly refused to give him bail for the offense, as he was allegedly not complying with the bail terms for a more serious offense.
Davis’ trial is set for September 30.
