ABACO- A man accused of performing a sex act on a sleeping woman has pleaded not guilty.
Cyril “Bubba” McPhee, 23, appeared before Senior Magistrate Ancella Evans this week charged with entry by night and indecent assault.
The charges stem from an incident that took place at the Dome City in Spring City, Abaco on May 28.
A 45-year-old woman told police that she was awakened around 2am by something pounding her lower back.
She opened her eyes to see an intruder humping her shortly before he climaxed on her legs.
McPhee’s trial is set for October 5. As a condition of his $7,000 bail, he has to wear an ankle bracelet and report to the Marsh Harbour Police Station on Mondays and Wednesday.
