NASSAU- A white American tourist spent a night in a cell after he flashed a married woman outside her home in the upscale Old Fort Bay community.
The 40-year-old, whose surname is ironically Gross, committed the disgusting act while flirting with a woman he’d just met on June 29.
He and the woman chatted as he waited on the dock to go jet skiing with friends.
The man told police that the woman asked to see his penis after a raunchy conversation in which she claimed to be sexually deprived.
Mr Gross obliged the sexually frustrated woman, who then snapped a photo of his penis without his consent.
The woman later made a complaint to police.
Mr Gross pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and faced a maximum fine of $150.
However, his lawyer Ryszard Humes asked the court not to convict.
He said that Mr Gross believed the woman wanted to see his penis—but later realized he had misinterpreted their conversation.
Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt gave Mr Gross an absolute discharge.
