NASSAU- A man out on bail on a murder charge has been accused of a second killing.
Shaquille Culmer, 27, of Fleming Street, is accused of fatally shooting Alexander Gibson at John Close in February 22.
Culmer was still wearing his ankle bracelet when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt today.
Culmer was freed on $20,000 bail in October 2020 for the February 2, 2019 shooting death of Deon Brice.
As a condition of his release, he had to wear an ankle bracelet and remain at home between the hours of 8pm and 6am.
Culmer has been denied bail on his most recent case and returns to court in June.
